Company · Hormoz Steel
We bought steel for our own sites before we sold it.
Building since 1993, trading mill products since 2019. That order matters. It is why we quote the way we wanted to be quoted: spec first, then price, then logistics.

Track record
Two businesses, one discipline
1993
Construction first
Hormoz Steel started on job sites, where a late delivery or a wrong grade costs a week. That is where the habit of checking spec before price came from.
2019
Onto the board
We opened a trading desk for mill products. Rebar, sheet, sections, pipe, billets, and started publishing what we would actually charge for them.
Today
Priced in the open
Unit rates sit on the catalog board in USD so procurement can estimate before the call. Sales turns a shortlist into a proforma with firm terms.

What sales needs from you
Clear inputs mean a faster proforma and fewer revisions on grade, size, or freight. Send whatever you have — sales will fill the gaps.
Line items
4 fields- Product & standard
- Family (rebar, beam, sheet…), dimensions, grade — for example A3 or ST37 — and the relevant standard.
- Volume & timing
- Tonnage or piece count, preferred ship window, and whether partial loads are acceptable.
- Mill & quality
- Preferred mills where applicable, plus any inspection or mill-certificate requirement before dispatch.
- Logistics
- Delivery city, site access, and who handles freight — so landed cost is clear from the start.
